The Planetarium in Ravenna

The Ravenna Planetarium is located absorbed in the green of the Public Gardens of the city, next to the Loggetta Lombardesca.
The Planetarium of Ravenna has been inaugurated in 1985, it has a dome of the diameter of eight meters and it has 56 places for the spectators.
During the whole year lectures and appointments are held there, developed by experienced people that always satisfy the curiosities of the public.
In the evenings of opening in summer the sky can be observed to the telescope on the terrace of the Planetarium.
Outside of the Planetarium there is a Circle of Ipparco and a complex of sundials among the greatest of Italy.
